I can't SEND any Emails – Your Internet connection is down or the SMTP configuration is wrong. If you have not made any changes to your configuration since your last use, contact your Internet Service Provider.

I think I have mail stuck in the filter – Log into your the filter interface and check the "Held messages" box to see if your correspondent's message is there. Select it by checking the box at the left of the message, then click on "Allow" if you want to add this correspondant to your whitelist. If you only want to release the message, click on "Release".

How do I log into Webmail – Simply type http://webmail.yourdomain.name in your browser and enter your Email's username and password.

I lost my Email username and password – To reset your password, log into the Control Panel, click on the "Mail" icon and then on the name of your email account. Click on the "Preferences" icon and reset your password by reentering it. If you've lost your password to the Control Panel, click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page and follow instructions. If you've lost your username as well, contact us.

My site is offline – Make sure you typed your address correctly. Make sure your connection to the Internet is working. If the server is offline, chances are that technical support is already aware or it. Please wait 10 minutes and try again. If still not working after 10 minutes, contact us.

What is an FTP – FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It is used to transfer files to your Web hosting space. Although we do not promote any specific FTP software, you can find many free such applications on the Web, like Filezilla, SmartFTP, CoffeeCup, or FireFTP which can be used as a plugin on your Firefox browser.

Can I change my hosting plan? – Yes you can. At Enzster, we believe that our customers should be free and not bound by yearly commitments. Whether you need to upgrade or to downgrade, just call us or send us an E-mail and we can adjust your plan and billing accordingly.

Can I pay online? – Not yet, BUT Enzster is registered for online banking so you can pay your bills through your own financial institution's online banking interface.

Can I pay yearly? – Of course you can. We can adapt your billing to the period you are most comfortable with; monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or yearly.

Is technical support included? – Technical support is included insofar as it concerns the service you are paying for. We will help you set up your E-mail account or explain how to get access to your hosting space, Webmail and spam filter. We do not offer technical support for issues regarding your computer or software you might use to create your Website or fetch your E-mail.

How long does it take to be online? –  Usually, provided your domain is registered through Enzster, setting up of your hosting space and emails can be done within 24 hours or your request.

Can I register my domain with you and host it somewhere else? – Yes you can. We can manage your domain so your website is hosted at one place and your E-mails are managed on your personal company E-mail server if you wish. Inversely, even if your domain is registered through another provider, it can be hosted on our servers.

Can I register more than one domain name? – Yes you can and they can all point to one main site or be hosted individually if you wish. So if your main domain name is www.we-sell-widgets.com and you want to ensure that people who type www.wesellwidgets.com will reach your site, the second domain name can be pointed to your main site at a minimal yearly cost.

How long does it take to register a domain name? – Usually, domains can be registered within 24 hours or your request.
